As a keto nutritionist who practices a keto diet herself, she can relate and give insight for better success and compliance with a ketogenic diet.

As someone with a family history of cancer (both parents), metabolic syndrome, obesity, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia, she chose a ketogenic lifestyle as a preventative measure. What she did not realize was the added benefits she would immediately receive by following this lifestyle (weight loss, improved sleep, increased energy and decreased sugar cravings).

Lara is not only a ketogenic nutritionist, but she also acts as a keto coach. She offers keto coaching to clients world wide. She not only breaks down the ketogenic diet into easy actionable steps, but she gives clients the support and accountability they need to achieve their desired results!

Lara attended Florida State University and The University of North Florida for her CADE undergraduate degree in nutrition. She completed her Master’s degree in Science of Nutrition from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville Florida.

Lara opened her private practice in New Smyrna Beach, FL where she sees clients world wide as a keto nutritionist.

Over the past 10 years as a dietitian, Lara has worked in a wide variety of settings including Cardiovascular ICU, Out Patient Cancer Center, Hemodialysis Clinic and Long Term Care Facilities.

Engaging with patients throughout these settings made her realize she wanted to help people on a deeper level. She started her private practice to give clients the individualized care they need to regain their health.

Over the years with the emerging research linking ketogenic diets to health and longevity, she has slowly transitioned her practice to the low carb lifestyle.
